The congress is the first world congress in the field of reliability issues of advanced micro- and nanotechnology research and applications.
Materials aspects, simulation, testing and the combined theoretical and experimental approach will be dealt with.
The congress will bring together the worldwide leading experts from technological and researching area. Together they will discuss the trends in future of experimental and numerical reliability investigations.
The congress is organized by EUCEMAN European Center for Micro- and Nanoreliability e.V. in cooperation with the MMCB Micro Materials Center Berlin at IZM Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration Berlin.
Technical organizer is Berliner Nanotest und Design GmbH.

The Exhibition Service
You can choose between three different types of exhibition stands:
Stand size:
3 m², 6 m², 9 m²
Stand equipment:
Energy supply (220V), inscription of company’s name (top) and company’s logo (sideways), one table or counter, and two chairs
Notice:
Additional fittings (e.g. showcases) and energy supply (380V) can be provided and will be charged separately.
Participation:
The exhibition stand charge includes the free congress participation in the congress of one person per stand. A second person is possible for extra charge.
Exhibitors session:
As part of the congress program, an exhibitors session is planned for short plenum presentation (5 minutes for each, 2 slides)
Advertisement:
Each exhibitor can place a one-page advertisement in the congress Abstracts booklet free of charge.
